HESHAM MASHHOUR

You work directly with me.

I’m a Cambridge-trained MD turned automation engineer. I design, build and maintain AI content systems, bringing a diagnostic approach to the workflows your team depends on.

THE WORK, IN THREE PARTS
01

Understand the process

Find the actual bottleneck before proposing a bigger system.

02

Build something inspectable

Make the data flow, review points and failure paths understandable.

03

Leave it operable

Hand over the code, documentation and accounts your team needs.

DIAGNOSIS → IMPLEMENTATION → HANDOVER

HOW I APPROACH THE WORK

First, understand what is really happening.

An automation is only useful when it fits the work around it: the source material, the people making decisions, the tools in use and the output someone actually needs.

I work with agencies, publishers and content teams to turn those requirements into a system. That can mean an n8n workflow, a Cloudflare service, custom TypeScript or Python, or a smaller change to something you already run.

I am also the builder behind HarperFlow, Nodey and CourseKit. Those projects give me practical experience of both implementing a system and living with the decisions that follow.

DIRECT DELIVERY

A clear relationship from the first call.

You discuss the scope with the person doing the work. The diagnostic defines the plan and price; implementation includes deployment and handover. Ongoing support is available with an agreed scope.
