Many automation projects fail because they target the wrong problem. In this call, you describe your current workflow, tools, and bottlenecks. I listen for structural opportunities and blockers. If I see a clear path to value, I recommend a diagnostic audit.

Diagnostic Audit

A deep workflow mapping and technical architecture review. You receive a clear build plan, risk assessment, and expected outcomes.

I map your entire content process: inputs, tools, review points, approval chains, publishing destinations, and failure modes. I identify where n8n, custom code, APIs, and human-in-the-loop gates are required. The output is a technical blueprint with implementation priorities, timeline, and fixed-price build quote.

System Build

I engineer the pipeline using n8n, custom code, Cloudflare Workers, publishing APIs, and AI tools—built to your exact workflow logic.

I build the orchestration layer in n8n, write custom code where visual tools reach limits, configure API connections, set up review and approval checkpoints, and integrate with your publishing stack.

Launch & Stewardship

The system goes live with full documentation, team guidance, and six months of included break-fix support.

Every pipeline runs through production testing. I deliver technical documentation, usage guidance, and a handover session. After launch, I monitor performance, fix breakages, and refine logic during a 12-month support period. If you need ongoing optimization and reliability coverage, we can transition to a retainer.
